Chaparral, United change merger pact
Chaparral Energy, a privately owned company that reports to the Securities and Exchange Commission, and United Refining Energy Corp, which is traded on the New York Stock Exchange’s American Exchange under the symbol URX, announced this week they have changed their merger agreement.
